An ode and nostalgia to the days of summer from the hand of a mysterious Russian producer with the soul of Ural Saturday Vibes.
A four-track EP, full of summer breeze and sampling, conveying the mood of summer – Ural from a mysterious house producer.

We have had the pleasure of interviewing Saturday Vibs and this has been the result.

Can you tell us a little about your experience? Where are you from / how did you get into music? Was it all internet based?

I started making music in the middle of 2000, I was interested in software for writing music, I really wanted to try it.
In the beginning, I wrote for myself, without posting anything on the Internet.

Who have been your main inspirations (both musical and in “life”)? And how have they affected your sound?

When it comes to electronic music, the Chicago and Detroit scenes are the biggest influences. But in general, I try to look for interesting ideas in a variety of music.

How would you define your sound?

Melancholic, calm, serene.

How has your sound evolved so far?

It became more interesting.

What can you tell us about your last job? What inspired you? What do you want to convey?

I want to convey summer serenity, but I was inspired by the environment.

How are you living the current situation because of COVID? Has your work affected you a lot? Do you think there is hope? I feel like the underground scene will continue to persist.

I live the same as before the pandemic. In general, any of my work has an impact on me, I think yes, there will always be people for whom music is just an opportunity to convey their emotions.

What projects are you working on right now?

Currently on one, which will consist of several EPs.
