The Barcelona band SERCH. Releases a new single, “Cloud Shapes”, whose video clip is directed by Miguel Ángel Caro and filmed by Iñaki Gorráiz.

“Cloud Shapes” will be officially released on April 8th in a digital single that will also include two remixes, one by the duo We Are Not DJ’s and the other signed by Howell Jolly. On the other hand, the song will also be part of “Post”, which will be the band’s next album, the fourth, to be released on May 6 and for which they have had the mastering of electronic producer Pedro Pina (Laboratorios substance).

“Post” is the band’s fourth album after “New” (15), “Bastard” (17) and “Concept” (20), to which should be added a remix album, a live show and several singles. “Only Connection”, the care of the sounds they release is at the height of those who do things because they want and with the time they really need. Hence, they are sounds that when you approach carefully you get trapped by the halo they give off: singular and, here comes the best, powerful and magnetic.

This “Only Connection” sums up the intentions of their next album, seeking novelty without losing nostalgia, playing with the genre but without falling into predictable tricks, or the arrogance of those who cling to a genre or mannerism to demonstrate they have personality. Paradoxically, to achieve simplicity and lucidity, experience and the ability to free oneself from the limitation of conditioning are required, and this work is also a healthy example of this.
